Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CallLens AI ("Service"), operated by Vijit Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CallLens AI provides AI-powered call recording analysis, including transcription, risk scoring, agent behaviour assessment, and PDF report generation. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is offered on all plans. Your card will be charged automatically after the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.

5. Prohibited Data — Healthcare and HIPAA

This Service is not intended for processing Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). By using the Service, you confirm that you will not upload call recordings containing patient data, medical consultations, or any other PHI.

Vijit Labs has not entered into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Anthropic (Claude API) or Deepgram (transcription). Without a BAA in place, neither vendor is authorised to process PHI on your behalf. If your organisation operates in a healthcare context and records calls containing PHI, you must not use this Service. Contact support@vijit.in to discuss compliance requirements.

6. Data and Privacy

Audio files are deleted immediately after transcription. We do not store call recordings. Transcripts used for analysis are discarded once the report is generated. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is processed and which third-party services are involved.

7. Subscription Key

Your subscription key grants access to the Service. You are responsible for keeping it confidential. Vijit Labs is not liable for unauthorised use resulting from your failure to secure your key.

8. Service Availability

Vijit Labs operates as a solo-founder business based in India. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

These are good-faith commitments, not contractual SLA guarantees. Outages caused by third-party providers (Anthropic, Deepgram, Vercel, Paddle) are outside our control and do not qualify for credits.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vijit Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
